WestKy. Investigators of Spirit Phenomena (W.I.S.P.) is a not for profit team of experienced paranormal investigators covering the southwest Ky., northwest Tn. area.  It is a scientific based group, using no mediums or ouija boards.  We never charge for an investigation.  We investigate private residences, public buildings, and businesses.  We are discrete and professional at all times.  We are also the area rep for International Paranormal Investigators, a worldwide group of professional and experienced paranormal investigators.
