(Orlando, FL)Women on a Mission to Earn Commission (WOAMTEC), a networking organization geared towards business women, will be holding its Confident Women Conference in Orlando, Florida this Spring. The Confident Women Conference will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel located at 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819. The conference is scheduled for April 24 and 25, and will consist of seminars, a trade show, luncheon, a silent auction, and a VIP social event. The event will feature several business growth workshops as well as four notable keynote speakers: Mayoral candidate and Former Police Chief for the Orlando Police Department, Val Demings, will share personal, inspiring, and practical insights on how to make a difference and leave a mark in this world and the communities around us. Jeff Piersall, CEO and cofounder of SCB Marketing and publisher of i4 Business magazine will be discussing "The Five Fundamentals of Success." Allison Kreiger Walsh, former Miss Florida and recent law school graduate, will be discussing how you can keep your life in balance through focusing on the concept of enjoying, not merely surviving, and the shift in personal perspective that this requires. Kathleen Hawkins, WOAMTEC founder and builder of 2 million dollar businesses, will explore the "5 Key Ways to Crash and Burn in Business." She'll examine the common mistakes entrepreneurs make that keep them from success. Special musical performance by Recording Artist LaRue Howard. All silent auction proceeds will go to WOAMTEC's "Courage To Dream Campaign" a campaign with the goal of "helping women and children who have been abused, neglected and abandoned due to no fault of their own.
