The renaming of the company in 2005 was the start of its success story. Opening in England – expansion to Asia. In the same year the company set foot in the cosmopolitan city of Shanghai. In 2006 the US office was established. The company is now already established in three continents and in a position to make an impact on the global market. With the formulation of guidelines the company is laying new foundations for its future. High expectations of its employees, greater transparency and a new focus – this is how the company advertised in 2007 and set a new course in the area of top management consultation. The increase in globalisation means that companies face new challenges – and thus the consultation needs of individual firms also grow. Wagner Consulting was early in recognising this trend and has reacted accordingly. Since the middle of 2007 Wagner Consulting has consultants on three continents. Besides the classical consultation fields – marketing, strategy and organisation – Wagner Consulting has developed into an expert in the area of Asia-management and – strategy, innovation and company creation.  With the strategic partnership with a leading IT company in the USA in 2006 topics such as information technology and investments are growing in significance.
