Wave-length (not for profit) is a fresh and revolutionary employment support for those with a disability and those who support them. For those seeking voluntary, paid or self-employed work, providing individuals who see their disability or the society around them creating barriers that allow them to reach their potential and what that means for society. Wave-length aims to link up support organisations to help increase and improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities. This will be achieved through sign-posting, training programmes, workshops, and by providing a sense of belonging to a wider community that understands their needs. Removing barriers to employment can not always be left to the individual, Wave-length work with employers, organisations and the wider community to empower them to consider change in barriers, asses working practices and reduce barriers in service delivery, employment practices and policy management
