The more virtual credit you offer the higher your chat request appears in another member's inbox which is limited to 5 requests. So you essentially can talk to anybody if you bid high enough. Once someone has accepted your chat request, you can transfer your credit from one user to the other over a 30 minute time span while talking on skype. The more chat requests you accept the more virtual credit you accumulate. Once you have finished talking, you can decide to stay in touch or keep looking. If you feel like there is a connection, then set up a first meeting. We recommend talking to the person several times before meeting, this will help to establish your romantic connection.
