Rotisserie and crispy chicken with flavor-driven soul is the inspiration behind Wild & Free. On a mission to elevate the fast casual dining experience above something that just, “tastes like chicken,” Wild & Free has cooked up the perfect Savory and Original rotisserie flavors along with crispy chicken eats and seasonal farm to table sides.

Six years ago, Wild & Free owner Terry Heller segued from real estate into the restaurant business creating inventive eatery, Plan Check - the gastropub behind Ketchup Leather™ and the multi-award winning Southern Fry.  After growing to four locations across Los Angeles, Heller looked for a new, innovative and exciting concept that had yet to be established. From this vision arose Wild & Free. Launched in October 2017, the eatery serves fancy whole, half, and quarter birds seasoned to perfection with farm fresh sides. Fresh and nutritious salads and rice bowls also grace the menu along with hearty chicken sandwiches and their new crispy & craveable options of crispy chicken and gluten-free mac & cheese.
