William Leys Waterproofing Consultants LLC was formed in 2021 to serve the central coast of California with our building envelope expertise. We work with HOA's, Apartment owners, commercial and residential owners as well as architects, developers and engineers.

President Bill Leys has over 20 years of experience in waterproofing; having owned and operated Central Coast Waterproofing, worked as a technical representative for Kemper Systems America and he also worked as a quality assurance inspector for Allana Buick & Bers in Palo Alto CA.

The company specializes in doing balcony inspections under SB326, investigating construction defects related to water intrusion, roof inspections and roof consulting, quality assurance inspections and home inspections for buyers specific to building envelope concerns.
