William J. Sabo Sr., M.ED., CRC, CCM, CRE, VE, FACFE, (Crime Prevention Expert), is a retired Pennsylvania State Trooper living in Savannah, Georgia.  He has been assisting or consulting with many persons over the last 41 years, concerning crime prevention and it has given him great satisfaction educating individuals whom he has helped.  Even saving a few lives over the years.
