Wine Country Liquor Stores were started in New Jersey by Scott Maybaum in 1997. There are currently 9 stores operating in New Jersey. The stores are indivdually owned and operated. Scott Maybaum takes a more active management role in several of the Wine Country Stores. Several stores operate websites in conjunction with their individual retail stores. Those operating websites are not linked to this website at this time. Most of the beer, wine and spirits found on this website can be purchased at all of the Wine Country Stores. In addition to offering an extensive line of beer, wine and spirits, professionally designed gift sets with wine, beer and liquor can be ordered for pickup at any wine country store.
