Yoga in Daily Life Society classes are based on the scientific master system Yoga in Daily Life. While completely true to the authentic tradition of classical Yoga, it is designed to meet the needs of our modern times.

Where are we located?
The Yoga in Daily Life Society centre is in the heart of Liverpool at 153 GEORGE STREET (opposite the Liverpool Police Station), with access to FREE parking at WESTFIELDS.

Alternatively, we can come to you for group or individual Yoga & Meditation classes. Advance Booking is required.

Also your community supports the Humanitarian Projects that Yoga in Daily Life Society manages as a non profit organisation.
