Your Wellness Path is a holistic healthcare and aesthetics practice founded by Nurse Practitioner Amy Bryson in 2023. Located in Dutchess County, NY, with telehealth access across New York and Connecticut, the practice blends Direct Primary Care (DPC), Functional Medicine, and Aesthetic Services to offer a modern, relationship-focused approach to wellness.
After starting as a telehealth-only practice, Amy quickly saw the need for more hands-on, personalized care in her community. She transitioned to a brick-and-mortar model to deliver accessible, whole-person care—without the limitations of traditional insurance-based systems.
The mission of Your Wellness Path is simple yet powerful: to bring humanity back to healthcare by building lasting relationships, treating the root causes of illness, and helping clients feel their best—inside and out.
Membership-Based Services Include:
Direct Primary Care (DPC):
Clients receive unlimited access to care, longer appointments, same- or next-day visits, and direct communication with Amy—without copays or insurance barriers. DPC members experience the attention and continuity of care that traditional models often lack.
Functional Medicine Membership:
Focused on long-term healing and prevention, this membership includes direct access to Amy Bryson, use of an infrared sauna, supplement guidance, and discounts on recommended treatments. It’s ideal for those managing fatigue, hormone imbalances, chronic inflammation, or who simply want to optimize wellness. (Note: lab testing is billed separately.)
Aesthetic Memberships:
Offered in flexible tiers, aesthetic memberships allow clients to use monthly credits toward treatments such as facial rejuvenation, anti-aging procedures, and skin revitalization—or roll over credits for future, higher-tier services. This approach makes confidence and beauty care more accessible and consistent.
Amy Bryson is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, a member of The Menopause Society, and a Clinical Consultant for Aesthetic Management Solutions. Her dual background in advanced primary care and aesthetics allows her to offer a unique level of continuity, professionalism, and insight into each patient’s overall health and wellbeing.
