A3 Analytics was founded by Matt Gordon, PhD, a physicist and former Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer who later led AI development for manufacturing quality control at Toyota Research Institute. His experience working across real-world industrial systems shaped A3’s approach: combining deep technical reasoning with practical, on-the-ground workflows.
The company is backed by experienced technology leaders, including Bob McGrew, former Director at Palantir and former Chief Research Officer at OpenAI, and Asher Sinensky, a senior executive at Palantir.
