Training is very important to AAA City Removalist. Every member of our operational team has undergone accreditation including WorkCover, RTA and Industry certified training. All AAA City Removalist teams are trained in correct lifting methods, specialist packing techniques and correct methods of loading and unloading removal vehicles. Our teams also realize that politeness, helpfulness, honesty and courtesy are imperative at all times. In order to monitor customer satisfaction we call our customer to complete a quality questionnaire after we have carried out their move. AAA City Removalist is proud to say that since Jan 2010, 99% of our customers have rated our service as "Good" or (in the vast majority of cases) "Excellent".

Our large fleet of specialist removal vehicles receives a full mechanical inspection every 6 weeks with servicing taking place every 12 weeks. All AAA City Removalist vehicles are kept clean and are kitted out with adequate transit protection blankets, tools, webbing and the necessary trolleys / dollies and trucks. AAA City Removalist also perform balcony lifts in order to move items in and out of windows where internal access is difficult.
