My name is Abby Ziemer Malone and I suppose you might say I have been an artist for most of my life. My mom put me in private classes for Art when I was a kid. Around the same age, I also started taking Martial Arts (This was over 24 years ago by the way!). I love Martial Arts for many reasons: It suits me well, but I like the creativity in it. I love to move, and I love to see people move. To me, Martial Arts was more than just “fighting”, it was an expression: an expression of oneself.
