About

Born from a series of historic social service agencies launched by young Puerto Rican men and women during the 60s, 70s and 80s to meet the unmet human service needs of their own communities, Acacia Network, an integrated care organization with offices in New York City, Buffalo and Albany, has grown to become the 2nd largest Hispanic nonprofit organization in the country. Our mission to partner with our communities, lead change, and promote healthy and prosperous individuals and families is realized through three main service delivery systems; Primary and Specialty Health Care, Behavioral Health Care, and Housing serving over 15,000 people daily. Acacia Network’s extensive array of community-based services are fully integrated, ensure easy access, are bilingual, and actively incorporate consumer and community level input.
