Addaero Solo is an online training log for athletes, coaches, teams, and clubs. Solo goes beyond the capabilities of traditional fitness apps such as Strava, Map My Run, and Runtastic by connecting the individual and their data to coaches, peers & groups. A coach uses Solo to plan, track, and analyze the health and fitness for individuals, teams, and groups. An individual uses Solo to plan, track, and analyze their health and fitness on their own, in a group, with a coach or a combination of all three.
