The award winning online service, ADR Solution, was set up in 2010 by Tom Derrett, a qualified lawyer and deposit protection adjudicator who was disappointed at the quality of deposit protection claims made by landlords. Landlords currently lose money in 92% of deposit disputes. Tom felt strongly that landlords would perform much better if the right help was available, at the right price.
Setting up the business was partly funded by a substantial cash award from a Dragon's Den style business plan competition in Bristol.
ADR Solution is one of the new breed of legal services, making the best use of modern technology to keep overheads and man hours down, in order to provide exceptional value for money and quality of service.
