HELLO! I’m Cherise Wynne (known as “AGENT LADY”), and it’s such a pleasure meeting you! So let me introduce myself first…I’m an experienced PHILADELPHIA REAL ESTATE AGENT at Coldwell Banker Preferred that help people like you buy and sell real estate all over Philadelphia, with a focus on Center City and surrounding areas. My passion for Real Estate was born in high school when a friend’s mom remarked to the two of us: “you girls should be in Real Estate.”
Well, it wasn’t until a little later that those words came back to me full circle. I actually majored in biochemistry in college, and, after graduation, started a job in the sciences. But, inevitably, those words from my friend’s mom made their way back to the forefront of my mind, motivating me to start investing in Real Estate. I then decided it was time to follow my heart, so I took the next step and became a Realtor.
As a Realtor, I believe a successful transaction depends on two things: 1) finding a place that provides a great quality of life, and 2) receiving the highest return on investment possible. Whether you want to buy, sell or rent, it is my commitment to create the best possible experience for you!
