I'm a lifelong Marylander. I've lived in many different parts of the state so I know Maryland well. I started my Real Estate Career 8 years ago during the start of the market boom. Before my career as a Realtor my experiences somehow related to Real Estate. It began as a Loan Officer originating Mortgages and personal loans. From there I progressed to Mortgage Underwriter approving/declining mortgage loans. Before I took the plunge to start my real estate practice I spent time successfully buying and renovating investment property. These three experiences proved to be invaluable in my career as an Agent.
I'm an expert when it comes to lending and credit guidelines. I love to renovate property so I've learned about houses from top to bottom. I built a team of some of the best experts for my clients to take advantage of from lenders, home inspectors, title attorneys and contractors.
