AiBT Advisory is an AI deployment advisory firm for mid-market companies with 100 to 1,000 employees. Founded in 2026, the firm launched the same week OpenAI and Anthropic committed a combined $5.5 billion to AI deployment ventures targeting enterprise organizations. AiBT Advisory was built to serve the mid-market companies those ventures are not designed to reach.
The firm was founded by Tierra Wilson, a tech consultant with over 15 years of experience and more than 500 clients. She spent six years embedded inside the marketing departments at MyFitnessPal and Under Armour, managing content across multiple teams, and designed the pitch deck used when MyFitnessPal was acquired by Under Armour for $475 million. She has consulted for Hewlett-Packard and the United States Postal Service, served as a data visualization and design consultant at TrackMaven, and is a founding member of Google's Small Business Advisory Board. Her work has been featured in Real Simple, Self, Time, and Buzzfeed, and she has appeared on ABC and FOX.
The pattern Wilson kept seeing in client work was consistent: companies invested in AI training, teams learned the tools, saw the potential, and then had no infrastructure to put any of it into production. The deployment gap between knowing what AI can do and actually running it in production workflows is where most mid-market companies stall. AiBT Advisory was built to close that gap.
The market data supports the opportunity. According to RSM's 2025 Middle Market AI Survey, 91% of middle market firms now use generative AI, but 70% recognize they need external support to maximize the value. McKinsey reports that 88% of organizations use AI in at least one business function, yet more than 80% report no tangible business impact. The World Economic Forum has described mid-market companies as "the missing middle" in AI adoption.
AiBT Advisory is model-agnostic, deploying whatever AI tools and models fit each client's workflows and data rather than locking companies to a single provider. The firm works inside client organizations from assessment through deployment, training, and ongoing operations.
The firm also publishes The AiBT Brief, a free weekly AI briefing for mid-market executives covering the developments that matter for companies at this scale.
