About

Established in 2001, Alhuda Academy has become one of the leading full-time Islamic schools in New England, serving approximately 100 students every year.  Its curriculum meets all Massachusetts State guidelines. The Academy boasts a rigorous academic curriculum that places equal emphasis on both secular and Islamic studies. In addition to strong academic and moral teaching, the school offers students several extra-curricular programs to enrich their experience.  Among these are the annual geography and spelling bees, debate competition, Quran competition, essay contest, reading drive, religion fair, science fair, athletics activities, and robotics club. Alhuda Academy benefits from state of the art facilities as well as the amenities of the Worcester Islamic Center, which include a prayer hall, social hall, full service cafeteria and gymnasium.
