About

Our journey into technology began with a simple belief: that access to technology should empower people, not exclude them. Through our work selling and repairing computers and providing electronics recycling services, we regularly meet customers who depend on technology for everyday life. Among them are individuals with disabilities and seniors who often face unique barriers—whether it’s difficulty navigating software, finding adaptive tools, or receiving support from someone who understands their needs.

We have seen firsthand how the right device, the right repair, or the right technical guidance can change someone’s ability to work, learn, and communicate with the world. We have also seen the opposite—individuals who struggle to access or use technology because it was never designed with their needs in mind.

These experiences have strengthened our commitment to making All About Technology more than just a retail and service center. We want it to become a community resource that helps bridge the digital accessibility gap.

Beyond business, we are deeply committed to sharing what we learn with the community. We will continue to collaborate with local organizations, educate customers about accessible technology, and develop programs that help individuals with disabilities and seniors access devices and support they may otherwise struggle to obtain. We also aim to strengthen our electronics recycling efforts by identifying ways refurbished technology can be redirected to individuals and organizations that need it most.

As we move into our second stage, we want to gain industry knowledge, expand into assistive technology markets, build strategic partnerships, and implement inclusive innovation strategies that drive both social impact and business growth.
