When a customer orders a product, the product is sent from the manufacturer or one basic distributor directly to the customer. This eliminates a series of "middlemen" in the distribution chain. We then can offer a much better selection and better prices. For instance, we are selling the great products from Crayola for 40 to 50% off the MSRP during all of 2011. We source from over 300 different education product suppliers; we can get almost anything related to education. However, our target customer group is K-12 educators.
