All Things ODD

All Things ODD is a Helsinki-based initiative working to build better conditions for creative work and bring creative and cultural fields closer to business and wider society.

The initiative evolved from ODDfest, which launched in Helsinki in 2025 as a cross-disciplinary gathering for creative professionals, organisations, companies and communities. As the work expanded beyond a single annual event, All Things ODD became the overarching identity for the organisation and its activities.

Its work currently includes ODDfest, Helsinki’s creative week; ODDference, a professional conference connecting creative expertise with business and society; ODDspace, a year-round workspace, studios and event space in Vallila; and project and partnership work with organisations.

All Things ODD is operated by New Nordic Way rf, a Finnish non-profit association founded in Helsinki in 2023.
