Amagansett Sea Salt Co. hand cultivates and distributes solar evaporated salt made from Atlantic Ocean seawater. Seawater is collected from the ocean in Amagansett, near the tip of Long Island in the Hamptons area of NY, and tended at the Company’s Amagansett saltworks.

Primarily used as culinary finishing salt, Amagansett Sea Salt is known for its crisp, briny flavor and soft crunch. The Company directly distributes its sea salt  to top restaurants, artisanal food makers, retailers and consumers across the United States.
