Nov 3 2013.This Diwali Amdel Herbal & Hashmi Herbal has taken a big decision. Hashmi Herbal has taken over Amdel Herbal, the newly unani medicine company. The deal was completed on 2nd November  2013 on the occasion of Deepawali. The company handed over all the authorities to Hashmi Herbal on 3 November 2013. Hashmi Herbal has taken this decision to expand their reach to more areas in the world of unani medicines whereas [a href="http://www.amdelherbal.com"]Amdel Herbal[/a]has taken this decision to save the liabilities of the company as the company was going continually in loss for last two financial years.
“We have taken this decision to expand our business and reach to more people and benefit them.” Said the CEO of Hashmi Herbal. “Firstly we wish all of you a very happy and prosperous Diwali and hope that this decision will benefit us as well as the other people. Though we have bought this company but the name would remain same.” Added the CEO of Hashmi Herbal.
“This decision is beneficial for us as it was becoming difficult for our company to survive as the company was continually going in loss for last two years. Now we have a chance to have a fresh starting again.” Said the representative of Amdel Herbal.
