The Palms Community Action Coalition is a 501(C)3 community organization in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
PCAC is dedicated to strengthening the city's Palms community by engaging residents of all ages in efforts to increase safety, promote peace and vitality and to enhance economic development for a continually improving quality of life throughout the city.
