Andrew Smith, CEO- Andrew has resided in Temecula since 1994 and has been in the real estate business since 2002. Andrew is one of the most recognizable and trusted real estate professionals in the Temecula Valley. His experience with traditional sales, bank owned properties and short sales over the years, as well as his certification as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, gives him the knowledge to guide his team through today's challenging real estate market. He has 2 children, loves playing golf, coaching soccer and relaxing with family.
Janina Smith, Office and Transaction Manager- Janina has been in the real estate business since 2005. Her professionalism and customer service skills are instrumental in coordinating with outside agents and escrow. Janina always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and timely close to your transaction. She has a financial background and handles all of the administrative and financial aspects of the teams operation. Outside of the office, Janina enjoys being involved in her children's activities, likes volunteering at the school, sports and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Linda Tighe, Buyer’s Specialist- Linda has been involved in the real estate business since 2011. She focuses on helping buyers attain their home buying and investment goals drawing from her retail and customer service background. Being a 23 year veteran of the armed forces has also provided Linda with the skill set to be ethical, decisive and professional which helps her to consistently deliver what is promised to her clients. She tracks the inventory of homes on the market, analyzes sales data and quickly narrows the search for her buyers. Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and son, baking, watching movies and volunteers her time with her local HOA.
Sheri Patterson, Short Sale Negotiator- Sheri has been in the real estate business since 1999 in the capacity of both a sales professional and office manager. Sheri is a dedicated professional with excellent organization and negotiation skills and handles all interaction with lenders on the team's short sale listings in addition to negotiating short sales on behalf of agents outside of our team. Sheri has 2 children, enjoys volunteering, sports and entertaining family and friends.
