At-Hom is a full service company consisting of a staging service, retail store, and design consulting. We’ve been doing this for 14 years. While the staff is small, each member has an important role in creating design concepts, and selecting furnishings to sell homes.
With our staging service, it all starts with your decision to sell. Your home is probably your greatest material asset and naturally you wish to get the most out of it. Like all the other homes on the market it has pluses and minuses.
When a prospective buyer drives up to your home they start to form an opinion. Within 10 seconds upon entering, they’ve made up their mind. The old saying holds true; “You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.” In order to achieve the best outcome, you must present your home at is very best – the first time it is shown.
When you call At-Hom, a professional will meet with you and determine your needs. It may be as simple as helping you clean up clutter and rearranging furniture, or you may decide to replace all the furniture in your home.
Once we determine your needs, we will present you with several options at different price points. Keep in mind that paying the price for staging is less expensive than the first price reduction!
