1) Robotic Inspection and Cleaning (to API Standards) of Above Ground Storage Tanks: It is very expensive for a company to take a tank out of service in order to clean and inspect it. Via our service we use a robot to clean and inspect the tank WHILE IT STILL IS IN SERVICE. This reduces the cost immensely! You never have to tank any of your tanks out of service to get them cleaned or inspected. This also lets you plan for future maintenance should it be needed and not rush to get the maintenance done while the tank is out of service.
2) Guided Wave Pipeline Inspection: This device clamps onto any size pipe and provides for a full inspection of the pipeline. Many cases there is no way for a company to inspect a pipeline because there is no pig launchers on the pipeline. Since this device clamps onto the outside of the pipeline and uses ultra sonic waves to inspect the line it can be deployed on almost any pipe. This would be perfect for ANY type of pipeline - water, petro, LNG, etc.
3) Spider Wrap: This product is used to wrap around a damaged pipe. It is often either very expensive for a company to cut out a piece of pipe and replace it or to access materials/services to do such in remote locations. Also, they have to shut the process down in order to do this fix. Spider Wrap is wrapped around the pipeline in order to repair it externally. This is all done while the pipe is still in service and provides for original strengths of the pipe. This would be perfect for ANY type of pipeline a customer has too - water, petro, LNG, etc.
