Avernsys is a Delaware software company building Rotasal, a delivery-operations platform for businesses that run their own last-mile fleets: e-commerce and retail delivery, food and bottled-water distribution, courier and cargo fleets, pharma distribution and field service teams.

Rotasal replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp route sheet and the "where is my order?" phone call with one system. Dispatchers upload the day's orders, solve routes in seconds, and approve and track them on a live map. Couriers follow a stop-by-stop mobile app with barcode-verified loading and photo and signature proof of delivery that keeps working without signal. Customers get a branded live-ETA link with self-service rescheduling for failed deliveries.

At the core is a native optimization engine written in Rust. It plans a 600-order day across a whole fleet in about 20 seconds, replans around new or cancelled orders in three, and handles up to 1,000 orders in a single solve, respecting time windows, vehicle weight and volume, driver shifts and breaks, multi-trip reloads, EV range and live traffic. Results are deterministic and reproducible run to run. In simulations on Istanbul order sets the optimized plans show 25 to 30 percent lower fuel spend than human dispatch; Rotasal ships with a built-in comparison so every customer can run the same test on their own orders.

Rotasal runs on its own maps and traffic data, with road graphs already modelled for twelve cities across Türkiye, Europe and the United States. Its AI dispatcher and analyst run on self-hosted models, every write requires human confirmation, and every action lands in an audit log. Customer data is isolated per tenant and is never shared or sold.

Avernsys was founded by Doruk Yalçın, previously an engineer at Amazon and SpaceX, who designed and built the platform end to end. The company's first pilots run in Istanbul. Learn more at avernsys.com.
