BAB NYC is a pioneering women’s wellness studio dedicated to transforming how women approach fitness, health, and self-care. Founded by Vickiana Arias-Peña and Nadia Reyes, BAB NYC introduces the fitness industry’s first comprehensive training methodology designed specifically around women’s hormonal health and life-stage adaptation.
Unlike traditional fitness programs that overlook the unique physiological needs of women, BAB NYC’s methodology is built on science and mindful movement. It recognizes that effective training must adapt to the body’s natural hormonal cycles and changes throughout life—from puberty to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.
At BAB NYC, movement is designed to honor the body rather than fight against it. This includes phase-based workouts that align with hormonal rhythms and address common challenges such as pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence prevention, recovery, and sustainable strength building. Trainers are educated to recognize the signs of hormonal changes and adapt intensity, recovery, and movement patterns accordingly, leading to reduced injury risk, improved long-term results, and greater overall well-being.

Coach Certification Program
To expand our impact, BAB NYC offers a Coach Certification Program designed to train fitness professionals in women’s hormonal health and physiology. The nine-module program includes instruction from expert educators such as Paola Reyes, Dr. Diana Molina, Catalina Palomares, and Irwin Gómez. Topics range from endocrine system function and biomechanics to functional anatomy, mental health, and professional conduct. This program fills a critical gap in fitness education and equips coaches to better serve women.

The Brooklyn studio launch is only the beginning. BAB NYC has plans to expand locally and internationally, with its next location opening at GYM NYC Lexington in Manhattan’s Murray Hill. Future offerings include wellness retreats, children’s programs, and digital platforms, all designed to create multiple touchpoints for women seeking comprehensive, tailored wellness solutions.
