At Bearkery, we operate a local, independent licensed bakery in Gainesville, Florida. We create all of our products from scratch, and sell them through our wholesale bakery and quality retailers.

Family owned and operated, Bearkery® is the literal combination of owners Yeni Monroy and Fred Posner (aka YeniFred, LLC).

YeniFred, LLC was formed to create Bearkery® and Dream Day Cakes®; focusing primarily on custom decorated cakes. Bearkery® is the brand name for the bakery products; including the Big Fred Cookie™.
