Bella Sands Ltd is a subsidiary arm of Fireside Concepts, LLC, a Texas Company legally formed in 2007, and Bella Logistics, LLC formed in 2012 specializes in mining and finishing high quality barite and frac sand. We currently have operations in four locations in Mexico; Chihuahua, Guadalajara, Tonaya and Torreon, and in the United States; San Antonio and Laredo, Texas, and sand and rail operations in Wisconsin and Texas. We are not brokers; we are operators and owners with our own money and people on the ground.

We use third party accredited laboratories such as Intertek Laboratory to perform API testing for all of our barite, and Stim-Lab and Proptester for frac sand. Dr. Grant Broker , Project Manager for Production Chemistry supervises and performs our barite testing. Our current mining operations are producing very high quality barite with density reaching above 4.3, acid solubility below 50 and Bas04 content exceeding 90%. Our super grade barite (4.4 sg Bas04 99%) is considered some of the finest available anywhere in the world today. Long-term contracts are available on a case-by-case basis with large volume commitments.

Our core leadership consists of professionals with deep financial, production, operations, logistics and organizational management skills. We are versed in various languages, have many years of experience in foreign countries and offer VIP level customer service.
