Belly Pilates offer privates pilates instruction that help to flatten your belly, prenatal yoga, prenatal mat/ball and reformer Pilates, Pilates reformer classes, mommy exercise classes with other new moms where you can bring your non-crawling newborn for getting fit after baby. Classes are small and intimate so that you receive individual attention.
Belly Pilates also has private pilates teacher available for 1 on 1 instruction 6 days a week including Saturdays.
