About

We don't build to impress.
We build to inspire.
An award-winning architecture practice shaping landmark residences, masterplans and civic landmarks across the Middle East, Africa and beyond — led by Boubker Benjelloun.

Architecture for Humanity
We take inspiration from the beauty of nature and the precision of industry.
When visionaries collaborate, ideas transform into architectural masterpieces that do more than stand out — they connect people, nurture communities, and embody a deep dedication to humanity. Our projects across Dubai, the Middle East and internationally reflect a shared belief that architecture should inspire, unite, and shape a better future for all.

The founder
"Architecture should serve humanity. That has always been my compass."
Boubker Benjelloun designs by feeling and intuition rather than convention — shaping landmark towers and masterplans around a single conviction: that architecture should serve the people who live in it. The same rigour behind his award-winning work drives the firm's humanitarian mission through The B. Foundation.

Our vision
Spaces that resonate with humanity's essence.
To be leaders in architectural design, creating innovative spaces that transcend borders and enrich the human experience. We strive to build a sustainable and connected future, where every project reflects our passion for aesthetics, functionality, and social well-being.

Our mission
Where innovation meets tradition.
To redefine urban landscapes by creating spaces that resonate with humanity's essence, fostering environments where innovation meets tradition.
