Billboard Voice allows individuals to make small contributions to support their favorite billboards. On the site users are able to create their own billboards or support the ideas of others. In making small contributions, like minded individuals work together to create and support real outdoor billboards. Billboard Voice LLC was founded in 2011 by brothers Ryan and Corey Carney in small town mid-Missouri in 2011.
