Design & Build at BiOZEEN delivers customized, process targeted, regulatory compliant and capital efficient bioprocess equipments such as fermenters, bioreactors and allied upstream and downstream equipments.

Training at BiOZEEN educates the industry & academia in the 4200 sq. ft. bio-pilot laboratory simulating the entire drug manufacturing life cycle, with hands on practical experience that imparts experience through implication than just theory.

Value Added Integration Services at BiOZEEN integrates process, engineering, automation and facility design, with regulatory expertise to support each phase of the project lifecycle.

Built with state-of-the-art infrastructure spanning 8 acres of lush greenery, BiOZEEN houses:
•     A 4200 sq. ft. Bio-pilot Laboratory DSIR recognized by the government of India and PIGMP certified for compliance to GMP
•     A 26,000 sq. ft. of a fully functional Manufacturing facility that has engineered customized solutions ranging from 1L to 10,000L of fermentors, CE certified process systems, TUV certified equipments to US FDA, EMEA, WHO and other regulatory bodies approved cGMP facilities and enabled manufacture therapeutics immunizing 1 out of every 3 kids around the world.

BiOZEEN employs a mix of microbiologists, biotechnologists, process, chemical, mechanical, instrumentation & software engineers with diverse experience and expertise who constantly strive to deliver solutions that make a difference to the industry.

•     Signed MoU with Vellore Institute of Technology and Jain University towards developing a one of its kind program in Industrial Biotechnology, for ensuring development of Industry ready talent and exploring research opportunities.
•     Undertaken SBIRI [“Small Business Innovative Research Initiative”] project, a government funded project and effectively developed technology to increase yield.
•     Has been awarded the Indian Achievers Award and commended with the Rajiv Gandhi National Quality Awards, an Indian equivalent of the prestigious awards such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in USA, the Deming Prize in Japan, the European Quality Award.
