•     Brainstorm and strategize with team or client and implement creative pitch angles
•     Constant communication of brand and messaging to pitch accordingly
•     Comprehensive knowledge and ability to understand editorial calendars and identify relevant opportunities for clients
•     Continuous cultivation of relationships with media personnel adding to vast rolodex of contacts
•     Coordinate and accompany client/talent to all media opportunities: photo shoots, appearances, press junkets, promos
•     Monitor, track and clip all press alerts and provide reporting techniques
•     Creation of relevant media lists per client and project using industry software

•     Oversee execution of mass media strategies and programs to advance brands across all platforms
o     television, radio, print, social, offline, online, grass roots
•     Generate and brainstorm ideas for project activation
•     Negotiate deal terms, vet opportunities, partnerships, letters of intent with vendors and sponsors
•     Position, strategize, saturate and brand vision of project
•     Project manage according to client needs and scope
•     Identifying trends and being able to incorporate them in projects
•     Able to create case studies, histories and activations for projects from inception, activation to completion
•     Project budgeting and reporting including the ability to collect information and present it in a concise presentation
•     Media placement, product placement, pay-for-placement opportunities
•     Client relations, business development and new client outreach and networking
•     Presentation proposal deck collaboration and writing and evaluating RFPs
•     Devise online and off line contests, giveaways, third party tie-ins, placement and sponsorship opportunities
•     Set up appearances, radio show interviews, media tours, junkets, meet and greets, signings and everything relating to specific events including travel, hotel, transportation, booth, vendor rate negotiation
•     Trade show, industry convention, event execution, product launches, store openings, VIP event hosting management and advising
