Blair's Foster Socks is a not for profit 501c3 organization collecting and distributing socks for foster children.  Blair's Foster Socks was started by a dream of Blair Shanahanlane to change the world.  She was working on her Gold Girl Scout award when she was 11.  She came up with the name Blair's Foster Socks, because foster children who came into her home always came without shoes and socks.
