JIG Grinding

This allows other fabricated parts to move into and out of the final piece or to interact with other components in the part without any restrictions on the movement.

Surface Grinding
Surface grinding produces a very flat surface and is a manufacturing process which moves a grinding wheel relative to a surface in a plane while grinding wheel contacts and removes a minute amount of material. When surface grinding, a very accurate thickness tolerance is specified.

O.D. and I.D. Grinding
The grinding that occurs on the external faces or outside diameters of an object is frequently called OD grinding. This is done by the periphery of the grinding wheel. On the other hand, ID grinding systems are used to grind the inside diameter of an object.
