About

Retired Major League Baseball Player Mo Vaughn is back in the game. This time "The Hit Dog" is "Coach Mo" to his son's travel baseball league based in Boca Raton. Inspired by watching his then 4-year-old son Lee play baseball, Mo saw a need for younger kids to get professionally coached. And who better to lead youth players than Mo, a three-time All Star and 1996 American League MVP recipient with the Boston Red Sox. The mission of Boca Raton Paw Sox Travel Baseball Program is to provide players with the opportunity to increase their skill level, enhance healthy competition, and to make competitive baseball enjoyable. We want to create an environment that promotes the love of the game necessary for travel baseball through instruction, teamwork, dedication, and hard work. The Boca Raton PawSox is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization. All Monies go to youth baseball, travel programs and encouraging an active, healthy lifestyle for all children. The Boca Raton PawSox has grown into three teams - an 8U, 11U and 12U.
