Bodies By Bridget beach boot camp takes place on Town Neck Beach in Sandwich, MA, along the gorgeous Cape Cod Bay. This 30 minute Cape Cod boot camp has been custom built by Sandwich resident and premier MA personal trainer Bridget Beal to be the #1 way how to lose weight in Massachusetts. Bodies by Bridget is a Cape Cod boot camp that combines calisthenics, plyometrics and other body weight exercises in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) format to ensure a fun, safe, fast, intense and effective way how to lose body fat in MA. This fun, fast and effective Cape Cod boot camp is only 30 minutes and guaranteed to be better than any other workout you’ve tried before. Sessions take place year round weather permitting. Come and train at Towns Neck beach in Sandwich, MA with one of Cape Cod’s premier personal trainers. The Sandwich Boot Camp workouts are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 6:30AM and will last 30 minutes per session. You can purchase a package of classes or just drop in at any time. The classes will consist of calisthenics, plyometrics and other body weight exercises in a HIIT format.
