The Bodyturbo weight loss plan is based on 6 life skills:

These life skills, tie into our unique, fun and easy 18 minute resistance band workout, as well as your body profile and nutrition coaching. We provide support for your diet, exercise, and life skills enhancement. We have a great on line program with recipes, tracking tools, nutrition and exercise information. . The Bodyturbo world will assist you to explore barriers you encounter, and cheer you on to your successful weight loss journey!

The BodyTurbo philosophy is based on six principle "Life Skills." These life skills may have been learned throughout our childhood from parents, peers, clirgy, teachers, and life experiences, in one fashion or another. The six life skills are:

Like all life skills, they must be developed, enhanced, sharpened, and practiced metaphorically just like your muscles!
