We recently had an exciting day with the top 12 contestants, who came to our new store in Sandton to choose a Lipault Paris Handbag of their choice. The gorgeous girls had a fantastic time and chose from a range of our classic and colourful ranges. Top picks of the day included the Lady Plume Tote Bag, and Originale Plume bowling bag.
This is a special year for the Miss SA Pageant, with it being their 60th Diamond Jubilee pageant. This marks a tremendous occasion which will be held on the 27th May at Sun International’s Times Square Arena. The 2018 event marks a historic change in format of the competition. The Top 12 will be narrowed down to 5 and from there a final 2 will be announced. They will be announced as Miss World South Africa and Miss Universe South Africa. These contestants will go on to represent South Africa at these competitions later in the year.
To determine who will be the next Miss South Africa, these two contestants will answer a “winner takes all” question from the judges. Whoever is adjudged to have given the best answer, will be crowned Miss South Africa 2018.
The competition is heating up and we can’t wait to be jetting off to Miss Universe and Miss World right next to the lucky beauty queens with Lipault by their sides!
