About |
I grew up, love and have knowledge of many bay area neighborhoods. In 1998, I purchased my first home in the Glen Cove Neighborhood of Vallejo where I still live today. In 2000, I relocated to New York City where I was an apartment broker. This experience of living and working in one of the most competitive cities in the world taught me New York City’s best real estate secret: Aggressive Marketing and Advertising. I was trained by the best in the business and specialized in "Target Marketing."
When I came home to the bay area, I noticed most agents here have one thing in common: they’re comfortable. They slap your listing on the MLS and pray somebody buys it. I NEVER get comfortable. I target sellers for my buyers and buyers for my sellers. That's because Real estate is a people business; it always has, and it always will be. This is why I build relationships before, during and after the deal because my goal is building relationships for today and changing lives for tomorrow.
