Cadaniño is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children and youth in Guatemala through holistic, community-driven afterschool programs. Operating in high-risk communities, Cadaniño provides a safe and nurturing environment where students receive academic reinforcement, spiritual guidance, and hands-on training in technology and STEM fields—including coding, robotics, and 3D printing.

Founded by Timothy Martiny, Jamie Waller and Sharie Martiny, Cadaniño’s model is built around three core pillars: Spiritual Formation, Academic Reinforcement, and Family Strengthening. By hiring and training local teachers from within the communities they serve, Cadaniño creates a sustainable model of empowerment that not only helps children succeed in school but also fosters leadership and resilience.

With a proven track record of impact—including high retention rates, strong academic performance, and students advancing into higher education and employment in tech—Cadaniño is equipping the next generation of Guatemalan innovators and leaders to thrive and transform their communities from the inside out.
