Caldera Resources Inc. ("CDR") is a mineral exploration company focused on exploring and  developing gold projects in the Republic of Armenia.  

CDRs management believes that Armenia is an excellent destination for resource exploration and mining. Geologically, the country lies on the eastern section of the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt making the country an excellent destination for “elephant hunting” of potential gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc projects.  Also, the Armenian Government supports the development of its  resources and has enacted mine friendly policies and legislation. The local labour force is well educated and looking for well paying jobs in the mining industry, making Armenia a low cost operating jurisdiction in the international mining sector.
