Campbell Consultancy is an operational AI and automation consultancy based in the UK, founded by Ben and Lara Harrison. We work with owner-led and operator businesses — primarily multi-site hospitality groups, field service companies and letting agencies — to design, build and hand over automation systems that run in production.

Our work covers five core areas:

WhatsApp AI agents — we build internal WhatsApp AI systems that generate invoices, create proposals, update CRM records and onboard new clients from a single message. Connected to Xero, Monday.com and GitHub, these systems eliminate the manual steps between team communication and operational output.

HR and onboarding automation — we automate the full new starter flow for multi-site operators: digital intake, BreatheHR record creation, contract generation, Xero payroll setup and right-to-work compliance. A process that previously took 8+ hours of management time per starter now runs in under four minutes.

CRM and sales automation — we configure and connect Monday.com, Attio and Go High Level for hospitality and field service operators, with Make.com automation handling lead capture, follow-up sequences, proposal generation and pipeline updates.

Labour cost and operations reporting — we build automated weekly labour cost reporting for multi-site hospitality operators, connecting payroll, EPOS and rota data into a Looker Studio dashboard that lands in inboxes every Monday morning.

Web infrastructure — we build fast, no-monthly-fee websites on Astro and Cloudflare for service businesses that need a credible, SEO-optimised online presence without platform lock-in.

Our active clients include Fan Rescue, a UK HVAC and field services business, for whom we have built a WhatsApp AI agent handling quote generation, proposal creation and job management in the field.

All builds are scoped, built and handed over. We do not do retainer-based account management. We build systems that work without us.
