Captured by Mallary is an award-winning, Black woman-owned photography studio in Tampa, Florida, led by photographer Mallary Denson. Mallary plans outfits, poses and light so clients can relax and enjoy their session, from maternity and family portraits to engagements, senior portraits, graduation photos, birthdays and headshots.
Before photography became her full-time work, Mallary taught elementary school, and that patience shows on session day, especially with toddlers and camera-shy partners. Every session includes a consult, a wardrobe and location guide, guided posing, and a private gallery edited and retouched by Mallary, with archival albums and wall art available.
The studio holds a 5.0 rating across 143 Google reviews and serves 19 cities from St. Pete to Lakeland. Each holiday season it also offers Tampa Christmas mini sessions on styled studio and outdoor sets.
